Birth Doula Services
I want to give a special shout out to my birth doula, Stephanie Sinclair. We weren’t able to capture a picture in all the business of labor, but she did catch this first photo of us together.
She was an incredible player on my birth team. I was able to lean on her in the weeks leading up to labor and she was so helpful and essential during the hard parts. I counted on her encouraging and mindful phrases during each contraction.
She was a perfect addition to my already crazy supportive husband, Nate. I truly had a beautiful birth and the nurse told us as she left us in postpartum that it was one of the most beautiful births she had seen in awhile. Thanks Stephanie, for contributing to that.
