My hubby turned the big 40 over the weekend and we celebrated BIG!
If you’ve been here for awhile you know I love to throw a PARTY, and it always has to have a theme. Well Brian turning 40 was no exception. The theme was Cheers & Beers to 40 Years, and I’m here to share all the fun details. First up, his t-shirt was purchased here!
Decorations
All of the decorations were purchased here and here on Amazon. I found the ideas for the boards and faces on a stick on Pinterest. You can order the faces here, but I printed at a local print shop to save some money. You may not be able to see it but the third sign said, “Holy Smokes, Brian is 40! Light up the Night”, so I purchased cigars for the guys to smoke.
The kids loved helping me with the signs!
I’m a huge fan of pictures, so I made sure to gather a handful of goodies from Brian’s upbringing and with all of his buddies from the good ol’days!
The cake you can barely see and cupcakes were from Hyvee and the cake topper was from Amazon. But the best part were the cookies from a dear client of mine who owns her own business, @daliarosecookieco. Aren’t they the cutest!

Golf
Not only is Brian a golfer in his professional career, Brian Sinclair, Golf Professional, but he loves the game as a hobby and for some fun with me and his buddies. it was a true golf weekend, hitting some of his favorite spots, and crossing some bucket list courses off his list. Saturday he played Deacon’s Lodge, Sunday, the Legends at Giant’s Ridge, and Monday, The Quarry with me!
I would say it was a great success! I think he was blown away and I know he had the best time! It may have been crazy timing with school ending, but I can’t think of anyone more deserving to be celebrated! Happy 40th Birthday, Honey!
