Back in 2019, we started the tradition of publishing a yearly review blog post in celebration of How 2 Mom. New H2M Partners
How 2 Mom developed some new Partnerships in 2022. One being with Give InKind, a platform to to give or receive help, much like a registry but for support. Next is NameStories, a company that values and presents the meaning behind names in a beautiful artistic way. And lastly, ConceiveAbilities, an egg donor and surrogacy agency. Launched The How 2 Mom Foundation

Hosted The 1st Annual How 2 Mom Classic
It’s always been a dream of mine to have a Non-Profit Organization for many reasons. So this year, with the help of my husband, not only did we make that dream a reality by launching The How 2 Mom Foundation, but we hosted our first Non-Profit event, The How 2 Mom Classic Golf Tournament. We raised thousands of dollars for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Please take a look at the blog post below to see pictures and hear more about the event. Families Served in 2021
How 2 Mom had the absolute honor of supporting over 38 families in 2022. We also worked with our first triplet family! We don’t take our roles lightly and and feel lucky to have been welcomed into such intimate journeys. Thank YOU

2022 Doula of the Year-2nd Place
We were nominated as one of nominees for Twin Cities Collective’s Best of Awards in the Best Independent Women’s Health/Doula category, and we are so proud to have been granted 2nd place!

Kids In-Person School Full-Time
I can’t believe it but after staying home with kids for 7+ years, all three of my kids are in school full-time. It was a bit of an adjustment and I share it all in the blog post below. One huge positive though is I can now dedicate more time to H2M, and during regular business hours, rather than 5am and 11pm!
Spring Break in Texas
Brian and I were so excited to not only vacation with the kids again, but to bring them to the state of Texas to visit my Sister in Law and Nieces. We stayed at a hotel Dallas and our favorite day was visiting the Fortworth Stockyards!
Birthdays
I can’t believe it, the years just keep on flying by. In 2022 the twins turned 5 and McKenzie turned 9! We threw the twins a party at the local Ice Arena and Kenzie requested a Puppy Pool Party! I can’t believe I have been a mom for a decade and that I will have a kid in double digits soon!
Overall, it was a wonderful year. We had some new and unfamiliar challenges within the business, but just like moms, we navigated those as best as we could and grew from them. We are looking forward to all the new things How 2 Mom will be bringing in the New Year. Please always let us know how we can best serve you! Best of blessings to you for 2023!
