As mothers, we put our family first by nature. Maternal Mental Health is something the team at How 2 Mom understands the importance of first hand; having had infertility struggles, pregnancy hurdles, postpartum experiences, and co-parenting with our partners. Making sure you are supported mentally and emotionally yourself while caring for tiny humans can be TOUGH. We want you mamas out there to know, we see you, we hear you, and we support you. Please reach out if you are struggling. We would love to be the support that you need, or help guide you to the proper helpful resources that we have gathered through our personal experiences.

Worldwide affects about 10% of pregnant women and 13% of women who have just given birth experience a mental disorder, primarily depression. In developing countries this is even higher. (https://www.who.int/)
