Don’t complicate it
It doesn’t have to be every meal or an all or nothing mentality! You can still enjoy meals with your family.
Meal prepping just provides a level of convenience for busy moms to ensure you're feeding your body with good things...
Like protein, veggies, and healthy fats, not quickly stuffing your face with sugar-filled snacks and Mac n Cheese in between caring for the kids! Give it a try! Don't go crazy, just take baby steps!
