Teacher Appreciation Week

Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week. It’s a dedicated week-long celebration where we get to recognize and celebrate all the contributions teachers make to better our kids’ lives through the education and love they provide. We think teachers should always be thanked and celebrated, but especially during this week.

Below you will find some fun gift ideas that involve your kids and won’t break the bank. Your kids’ teachers will feel loved and appreciated.

Gift Basket

For all the local families, contact Kimberly Kraemer with MN Basket Girl to support a small business and purchase a gift basket to be delivered to your teacher’s doorstep. When ordering make sure to mention APPLE to receive a free apple inside your teacher gift basket. How cute are these!?!?

1. Create an account and sign in to Zoom on your computer.

2. Click Host Meeting. Join with Computer Audio.

4. Then End Meeting for all.

5. Select where you would like to Save your MP4 file.

We think now more than ever teachers deserve to hear how much we appreciate them. They work hard for our kids everyday, and are now in unfamiliar territory creating digital lesson plans. Teachers are called to teach, and love it because of the interactions they have with our kids. Abruptly having the school year end this way pains them more than we know. Some teachers didn’t get to say goodbyes to their kiddos for those who were on Spring Break when COVID hit.

Let’s show them how much we care, appreciate and miss them!
