Hey there! I’m Haley, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

I help women who are planning a pregnancy, pregnant or recently postpartum to have a healthy, feel good journey.

Planning to start a family can be an extremely exciting, yet stressful time. As an expecting mama myself, I get it! Pregnancy seems to be a time where everyone has an opinion on what works to get pregnant and how to have a healthy pregnancy but they are not you or your body.

When we work together, I listen to you and your goals to personalize our time together. I give you the tools you need to make better food choices at each meal and snack, adjust your mindset to appreciate the physical and emotional changes your body is going through, and manage all the challenges pregnancy brings (hello nausea & heartburn). I’m here to meet you where you are at and guide you through each stage of how to build a healthy baby.

Mama's I work with:

Manage symptoms within a week of experiencing them whether its nausea, constipation, heartburn, low lab levels etc.;

Have healthy weight gains without stringent diet plans; and

Are confident in their food choices (no more googling what's safe vs. what's not or getting conflicting answers)

My Food Philosophy

Our diets are not just about the food we eat but our history with it, our culture, family, preferences, health, cost, access, etc. Therefore, I do not believe nutrition is a “one size fits all”. My approach takes into consideration your individual needs. No fad diets or quick fixes here. I believe all food fit and your prenatal nutrition shouldn’t be “perfect”, but it should be nourishing, balanced, and consistent.
