What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas...
Does that mean if you spend your birthday in Vegas, you don’t actually turn another year older! Haha, I know that’s not the case. Seven years ago, we spent my 30th Birthday in Vegas with friends and another couple, Tim and Jaime. So, it only made sense to return to Vegas to celebrate Tim’s 40th this year! The first couple of pictures are from the first trip, and then I did a side by side of then vs. now of Jaime and I for fun!
In this blog post I will share details from our trip, from places to visit to ways to stay entertained without constantly spending money. Then, I will finish the blog with my highlight from the trip!

Places to Visit...
There is nothing like people watching in Vegas, so that alone will keep you busy! A way to do that is to walk the strip, both during the day and at night because just the time of day can make it a different experience. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes. I have made that mistake one too many times.
Some other free things you can do is visit The Bellagio Water Show, The Mirage Fire Show, and take an Uber to Downtown Freemont Street where you can watch an amazing light show. You can also spend some downtime looking, key word looking into timeshares and in return they will gift you or give you a discount to one of the many Vegas shows. Last time we saw The Beatles LOVE Cirque Du Soleil and I would highly recommend that show. This time we saw Ka Cirque Du Soleil and I can’t say I would recommend that one.
Bottom line, there is so much you can do in Vegas weather it’s spending your days at the pool, eating all the amazing food, or in the casinos, you are sure to stay busy!
